Terms & Conditions

By making a booking or using our services you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Property

GO Glamping is a private geodesic dome accommodation located in Dobra Voda, Montenegro, operated by the property owners ("we", "us", "the host"). The dome accommodates up to 2 guests.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made directly via goglamping.me or through Booking.com.
A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from the host.
The host reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: from 14:00. Late check-in (after 22:00) must be arranged in advance.
Check-out: by 10:00–12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and must be requested.
The host greets every guest personally on arrival.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the arrival date: no charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival or no-shows may result in a charge equivalent to the first night's rate.
No deposit is required at time of booking for direct reservations.
Bookings via Booking.com are subject to Booking.com's own cancellation policy.

5. House Rules

Quiet hours: 23:00–08:00. Please respect neighbours.
Smoking: permitted outside on the property grounds; strictly prohibited inside the dome.
Pets: welcome by prior arrangement at time of booking.
Guests: the dome is designed for 2 guests. Additional visitors during the day are permitted; overnight guests beyond the booked number require prior agreement.
Events: small gatherings of up to 10–15 people are permitted with advance notice.
Damage: guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or equipment during their stay.

6. What's Included

The following are included in the nightly rate: welcome wine & seasonal snacks, towels & linens, BBQ kit, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, parking for up to 2 cars, projector, air conditioning & heating, coffee, tea, water, chess set, tea ceremony set, singing bowl.

7. Additional Services

The following services are available at an additional cost: airport & station transfers, food delivery, cot/crib, laundry, flowers, cakes, romantic setup, catering, photoshoots, car rental (partner discount available). Prices on request.

Minibar items available in the dome are charged per use and settled on departure.

8. Liability

The host is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.
Guests use the property and surrounding grounds at their own risk.
The host is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control (weather, utility outages, force majeure).

9. Privacy

Personal information provided during booking is used solely to manage your reservation and stay. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Montenegro.
